The two things everybody forgets are sunscreen and repellent, and both become urgent at the exact moment you are furthest from a shop. The beaches here have very little to buy nearby.

Order before you go, not after

  • There is very little to buy at Maderas, Marsella or Remanso. What you take is what you have.
  • Sunscreen is expensive here and frequently sold out, so it is worth ordering the day before rather than the morning of.
  • Ice is the one people wish they had added. A cooler with no ice is just a heavy box.

Delivering to a beach

  • We do deliver to the sand, but the driver needs a meeting point agreed before leaving town — "the beach" is not one.
  • Give us a landmark and a phone number that works out there. Reception is patchy along that coast.
  • Outer-beach delivery is C$276 with a C$250 minimum, and takes roughly 45 to 75 minutes on those roads.

For a house or a group

  • One order for the whole group costs one delivery fee. Six separate orders cost six.
  • If you are staying out at the beaches for a few days, a single stocking order at the start beats daily runs by a wide margin.
  • We can also bring it to you in town before you leave, if you would rather have everything in the car from the start.
