If you have already arranged an order with a pharmacy, we collect it and bring it to you — useful when you are ill, without transport, or looking after somebody who is.

What we can and cannot do

  • We collect and deliver an order you have already placed and paid for, or arranged with the pharmacy yourself.
  • We do not give medical advice of any kind.
  • We cannot obtain prescription-only medicine on your behalf without the paperwork the pharmacy requires. If you are not sure, call the pharmacy first and then send us the pickup.
  • For over-the-counter items — painkillers, electrolytes, plasters, sunscreen, insect repellent — just tell us what you need and we will buy it.

Getting it right

  • Send a photo of the packet or the exact name and strength. "The blue one" is how the wrong thing gets bought.
  • Tell us what to do if the item is out of stock: substitute, ask you first, or skip it.
