What we do and do not handle

  • We drive you to the crossing and drop you where you need to be, or collect you from it.
  • We do not process your paperwork and we cannot speed up the queue.
  • Border fees and immigration charges are yours to pay and are not part of our quote.
  • Leave more time than you think you need. This is the one leg nobody can promise a duration for.

Connecting onward

  • If you are continuing into Costa Rica, tell us and we will drop you where the onward transport actually leaves from.
  • Coming the other way, give us your expected crossing time and a phone number — we would rather your driver waited than missed you.
